Email sent to families – Two surveys for your consideration

Dear Parents and Carers

Norfolk Family Voice have asked by the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board to share two surveys about the Neurodevelopmental Diagnostic Service (NDD Service).

Commissioners are looking at waiting list initiatives across Norfolk & Waveney to help address long waits. They want to understand what is important to parent/carers in relation to the assessment process to help inform their service design.

This survey is for parent/carers who have supported a child or young person through a NDD assessment process.

Below is a separate survey for children and young people that have been through the assessment process themselves. It would be appreciated if you could ask (if appropriate) the young person and/or help the young person to fill out their views.
