PE Co-ordinator required for April 2018

Required for April 2018 in this outstanding 7 – 17 years special school for pupils with moderate to severe learning difficulties and complex  needs, whose current levels range from the Mid P levels to the equivalent of the old National Curriculum Level 3.  The school currently has 174 pupils on role and supports others in mainstream schools through its exciting and innovative inclusion work.

 

The successful candidate would be required to teach PE across the school.  They will be a qualified teacher of PE and have the ability to differentiate the teaching to include children with a variety of needs. They will also teach other timetabled subjects as required.

35 Hours a week, term time + 1 week

 

Scale D (£8.69-£9.21 an hour)

 

Teaching Assistant required to work across this complex needs special school in all departments and subject areas.  Interested candidates should be flexible and have an interest in working with learners with a range of complex special educational needs.
