5 x Teaching Assistant Vacancies

33hrs a week (5 days)

Term time + 1 week

Scale D – £14,686 – £14,979 per annum (hourly rate £10.00 – £10.21)

To work across this complex needs school in all departments and subject areas with particular focus on supporting children with complex & challenging behaviours.

The successful candidate will:

  • have experience of working with children and supporting their learning
  • have strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • have the highest expectations of children and support them to achieve these
  • be a team player, think on their feet and show initiative
  • understand the importance of safeguarding in all aspects of school life

The successful candidate will be required to work with pupils with challenging behaviours (from age 7 – 17) for which training will be provided. The candidate needs to be confident when it comes to behaviour management, be able to de-escalate situations but also promote a caring and nurturing side too.

Cleaner required

16 hours a week

(Monday to Thursday – 3pm – 6.15pm,

Friday – 3pm – 6pm)

Term time + 4 weeks

Scale A – £9.24 per hour

(£7084.68 per annum)

Cleaner required for immediate start. 

Duties – to clean all areas of the school.  Previous experience preferred but not essential as training will be given. 

You will be required to work some hours during the school holidays.  These will be arranged with the Site Manager.
